A. Do I need to be an artist or any person having knowledge of artwork ? Ans. No. Art therapy is not a study of art or creating a traditional artwork. It deals with expression and release of stress through use of colors, sketching, drawing etc which requires no art skill.
B. Do I need to come in person for an art therapy session? Ans. No this can also be conducted through online mode. So if you are not from Pune or you are staying out of India this session can be conducted for you
C. How many art therapy sessions are required? Ans. It depends on your level of mind health. Some can feel better in one session and some may require more than 4 sessions.
D. Will there be any techniques that I can repeat on my own? Ans: Some techniques can be given as per your state of mind and condition that can be practiced by you on your own if conditions repeat in between the sessions that we will be conducting for you.
E. Can Art therapy be conducted in group setting? Ans. Yes some art therapy sessions are conducted by us in group settings like corporate training programs and family counselling. Also it can be conducted as a part of recreation activity in team building or outstation programs of employees.
