What is anger management?

Anger is something which every single person experiences in their life at some point or the other. Some people experience it on daily basis and for some it can be just an occasional thing. The anger and frustration can be mild for some and for others it can be extreme.There are times when the anger takes charge of the person’s entire being and he performs such tasks, actions or speaks up things for which he may later regret.
